Remember- Quality - conserve

Philosophy is classically defined as "love of wisdom" and wisdom is balanced use of knowledge and intelligence.Historically wisdom was the tool of "leaders" to control "common people". This process is antiquated and outmoded. Wisdom is NOW inverted [put upside down] because we common people have equal access to process of obtaining such wisdom.

Modern-humans [homo-sapiens] have always had knowledge based on the first hand witnessing of our senses, so nothing essentially has changed about how we acquire knowledge.

What caused the "inversion" is the dramatic speed-frequency of enabling technologies which provide all with access to up-to-date intelligence. The inversion I am speaking about began at the end of WW2.

I was born in Manhattan and raised "on the sidewalks of New York" at the beginning of the "baby boom". From infancy my parents encouraged me to think for myself and solve the "problems" that life tosses in the path of ALL.

They taught me to use the complete tool-kit of natural-spirit that has existed since time immemorial and was making quantum leaps in the rapid pace of enabling-technologies following WW2 into the Cold War.

Their teaching stuck in my brain and caused me, to grow up knowing that I [indeed we all] could enjoy quick-smart solutions to "everyday problem solving". I made it my life goal to practice the process and my legacy to express it in language that truck drivers could understand. There are 3 lines and 9 words in my philosophy:

  • Remember the Future [RTF]
  • Gravitate toward Quality [GTQ]
  • Conserve angular Momentum [CAM]

“Remember the Future” is my first line of reasoning because a conscious pivot point allows the benefit of free exploration from any perspective in time or space. This sets my mind in balance.

“Gravitate toward Quality” is my second line of reasoning. Gravitate is an elegant term that casts ones fortunate-direction to the forces of gravity, without giving up the capability of defying gravity by changing perspective. Gravitating "toward" Quality implies that we may or may not ever get to Quality which to many is the essence of all things.

Along the unending journey toward Quality countless paths arise inviting exploration. This leads to my third line of reasoning, “Conserve angular momentum”. From the smallest particles to the entire universe "natural spirit" enables ALL organic and non-organic entities to “Conserve angular momentum" which, simply put, is to go in the straightest line and at the most practicable speed at all times.

Along my life journey [which I call "Down that Long Lonesome Highway"] there are countless twists and turns, mountains to climb-descend, oceans and deserts to cross, climate-ecological challenges and increasing social-cultural barriers that have been erected by other modern-humans.

Proceeding towards Quality through this continuing maize is a sequential process. Taking one step at the time to conserve energy I look at the choices on the path immediately ahead. Then I use my acquired wisdom-intelligence to qualify out the path which is a sidetrack. If no path provides continuity at a given moment then I am stuck with no alternative but to stop and rest, even to the point of sleeping on the issue. Eventually I find the next "job-to-be-done" and continue problem solving.

My order of reasoning for RTF-GTQ-CAM is contextual and may vary in some instances. As with most things "practice makes perfect." From time to time I may bring up my philosophy to remind others of my POV but having gotten it off my chest I will follow collaborative advice and move on ... invoking this page when I find a special lesson learned and wish to share.
